When ordering fresh freezer bait please ensure someone is available at the delivery address given on the order at time of delivery. You will be notified of estimated delivery time of your order. If you have a 'safe place' deliveries can be left such as 'in the porch' or 'with a neighbour', please leave instructions in the comments box when you check out of our online shop, or please contact us to arrange.
Upon receipt it is advised that you freeze fresh bait straight away, and thaw your bait prior to fishing. It can be used without going through the freezing process, however for best results freezing is advised.
Returns, we don’t expect any, however:
Any returns must be in their original unopened packaging and the customer is responsible for all carriage costs unless we agree that there is a fault with the product. Please contact us prior to returning any goods. If you receive an item which does not match your original orders description, please contact us immediately to arrange for the incorrect item to be returned, and the correct item to be dispatched. Upon receipt of goods you have 48 hours to contact us with any issues regarding your order.
